What this covers

This policy covers this website and its Check fit form. It does not cover a separate agreement you may later sign with a buyer; that agreement has its own terms and privacy provisions.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your company name, work email, employee-range selection, description of the kinds of records your business keeps, and any optional phone number or location you provide. We do not ask for or accept source business data, documents, passwords, systems access, customer lists, or files through this website.

How we use it

We use form information to review whether a conversation about fit may make sense, respond to your request, and arrange a call if you choose. We do not use submitted form details for advertising or sell the form answers.

Who sees it

Secure Data ROI receives the submission. Resend processes the email delivery on our behalf, and our hosting provider processes technical request information required to serve and protect the site. We do not send your form submission to a buyer. Any introduction happens only after you choose to move forward and only with information you agree to share.

Confidentiality boundary

The initial fit review is a conversation, not a data transfer. If a project progresses to a final product, the intended process uses a third party to anonymize data before it is received. No AI is intended to see identifiable data. You remain responsible for deciding what information you can share and for obtaining advice about any legal, contractual, or privacy obligations that apply to your company.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

This site does not use advertising pixels, advertising-measurement tools, or a privacy-choice popup. Standard technical logs may be processed by hosting providers to operate and secure the site.

Keeping and deleting form submissions

We keep a form submission only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up on the request. To request deletion, email hello@securedataroi.com with enough information for us to identify the submission.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
