We provide information and facilitate initial introductions. We are not a law firm, tax adviser, or financial adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

What this site is

This site provides general information about a potential data-licensing process and a form to ask whether your company may be a fit. Using the site or submitting the form does not create a contract for services, create an agency relationship, or require you to work with a buyer.

No promises

Buyers decide what they license, whether a company is a fit, and on what terms. Not every company or set of records is a fit. Public transaction examples are illustrative reporting only. We do not estimate, guarantee, or promise a payment, valuation, acceptance, timeline, or transaction outcome.

Your data and your rights

You are responsible for determining whether you have the right to license any data and for honoring contracts, confidentiality duties, and applicable law. Your original records remain yours. A separate agreement with a buyer, if any, controls the scope, permitted uses, anonymization, delivery, retention, deletion, and payment terms.

How any engagement is handled

Any compensation, referral fee, or other commercial arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement. You are never required to accept a buyer’s offer. A buyer relationship or license, if one is offered, is directly between you and the buyer.

Limits and changes
